Dette er selvf\u00f8lgelig det beste\n                      for borettslagets \u00f8konomi og egentlig ogs\u00e5 en fordel for oss beboere, fordi det n\u00e5 ikke er mulig \u00e5 bli skyldig s\u00e5 mye som f\u00f8r. Tidligere gikk ikke restansen til inkasso f\u00f8r den var meget h\u00f8y, n\u00e5 gj\u00f8r den det n\u00e5r man skylder to husleier.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Styret har forst\u00e5else for at enhver kan havne i en vanskelig \u00f8konomisk situasjon og vi vil anmode de som har betalingsproblemer om \u00e5 ta kontakt med styreleder slik at man eventuelt kan f\u00e5 satt opp en tilbakebetalingsplan som er akseptabel\n                      for begge parter. Ta helst kontakt f\u00f8r saken g\u00e5r til inkasso, s\u00e5 slipper dere unna sal\u00e6r og gebyrer til inkassobyr\u00e5et. Hvis man f\u00e5r satt opp en slik avtale med styret, stoppes inkassosaken og man kan ordne opp i minnelighet.
